Sunshine beach is a special part of the world for it's breathtaking beaches & rain forest, leafy streets which made it a privilege to design a house in such a prestigious location. This property was special in the sense that much of the original rain forest was retained on the site so we needed to be sympathetic to this in the design, while drinking up as much of the natural light & sun as possible by opening up & orientating the building to the northern aspect. The house was designed with these key factors in mind. With a modern sophistication, yet modest timeless feel.
