Unmatched location perched at the base of Mt Cooroy, incredible site on 30 acres of pristine usable acreage with rolling hills. Perfect equation for a fairly tale resort style residence. The hardest part was choosing the placement for the building, end decision dictated by Framing the unique mountain view with glazing from roof to ground floor
